The Abbasid dynasty was one of the most important periods in the history of Islamic civilization, marked by rapid progress in various fields. The success of the Abbasid dynasty in achieving its golden age was inseparable from the implementation of integrated strategies in the political, economic, scientific, and socio-cultural fields. This study aims to analyze these strategies and examine how synergy between these fields was able to drive the sustainable progress of Abbasid civilization. The research method used is qualitative research with a library research approach, through the examination of books, scientific journals, and relevant historical sources. The results of the study show that inclusive political stability, open economic policies oriented towards international trade, strong support for the development of science, and pluralistic and tolerant socio-cultural strategies were the main factors behind the glory of the Abbasid Dynasty. These four strategies complemented each other and formed a solid civilization system, making the Abbasid Dynasty the center of Islamic civilization and a global reference at that time. These findings provide important lessons for modern leadership regarding the importance of policy synergy in building an advanced and sustainable civilization
